WHO WE ARE

The origins of LACOUTETE IMMOBILIER go back to the end of the 1970s. Starting out as a small real estate firm in CHATEL, another resort in the Portes du Soleil ski area, business expanded rapidly with the bustling building developments underway at the time. The firm was kept extremely busy, and grew considerably, opening new departments to handle holiday rentals and sales. At the time it was called SOGESTOB Immobilier, a name that was well-known and enjoyed a fine reputation. Another agency was opened in THOLLON LES MEMISES, followed by the one in MORZINE in 1996. The latter underwent re-structuring and re-organisation and changed its name to LACOUTETE IMMOBILIER, with reference to “chemin de LA COUTETTAZ”, our current address.
