• Establishment of property description, plan and photographs for our colour catalogue and website. Links with the Tourist Office, the customer database of the Baud agency, ski lifts.com, the FNAIM website and our British correspondents.
• Establishment of a rental lease with the customers including cancellation insurance.
• Reception of customers with welcome gift.
• Systematic visits when tenants leave, for reimbursement of deposit.
• Evaluation and summary of the tenant’s comments with a view to guaranteed improvement.
• Information permanently available (agency open all year round). – End of season cleaning if required, assistance with various maintenance jobs throughout the year.
