Diagnostics

As you are probably aware, there are a large number of compulsory real estate reports to be produced, for both a potential buyer or tenant. The principal ones are the surface area certificate (LOI CARREZ), the Asbestos Report (REPERAGE AMIANTE), the energy performance report (DPE) and the report on natural or technological risks (ERNT). And this list of obligations will no doubt continue to grow. Our team is evidently perfectly informed about obligations and follows changes in the legislation very closely. Termite report

In some regions of France, a termite report must be appended to all property contracts, but for the moment, this is not yet the case in our geographic area.

A diagnostic report indicating the presence or absence of materials containing lead is a legal requirement for all residential buildings built before 1st January 1949 .

Interest free loans

Interest free loans are among the conventional mortgage loans for which State assistance is available, if you meet the conditions. A certificate testifying to the decent condition of the property must be produced for the bank, which the firms producing the other property diagnostic reports can supply.
