While our firm sells a large number of apartments and individual chalets, it also excels in new building developments. The latest development was completed in the ski resort of Châtel in the course of 2006. Two chalets were built using local building expertise in the traditional Savoyard wooden building method, thereby contributing to sustainable development through the use of appropriate building materials.

Our firm is currently working on another new building project, concerning a small, collective accommodation unit of excellent quality on a magnificent site at Chapelle d’Abondance.
