WELCOME TO MORZINE

Situated at an altitude of 1,000 to 2,460 m, a traditional Savoyard village, with a rich cultural heritage preserved intact, under the predominant colours of white, blue and green - WELCOME TO MORZINE.

This village ski-resort, ideally situated in the heart of the immense PORTES DU SOLEIL ski area, offers such a variety of slopes and ski runs that all the landscapes of the Alps seem to have come together here.

The ski area is equipped with the latest facilities, including excellent slope maintenance, and represents an immense territory where each peak promises a new sensation, and each slope holds a delightful surprise.

In summer, the area is popular for outdoor sports and leisure, with an Olympic size swimming pool, ice rink, tennis courts and riding centre. And for the past few years this has become the undisputed Mecca of mountain biking in the French Alps, with the main ski lifts open from mid June to mid September.

Lastly, for the night bird, Morzine is a lively resort with lots going on, including traditional and gastronomic restaurants, nightclubs, cinemas and pubs.
