This 70 sqm flat located on the ground floor (level -2) is organised as follows:
1 double room with TV and queen size bed (160x200), a 2nd bedroom with TV and twin beds (90x200), a bathroom with large walk in shower, a separate toilet with washbasin and a 3rd bedroom (without window) with bunk beds (90x190). All bedrooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobes. The lounge is organised around its superb kitchen and central island. It opens onto a lovely terrace ideal for aperitifs or relaxing, with the gentle sound of the river in the distance.
The chalet has a shared laundry with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as a ski-room equipped with a boots dryer, a bike storage and 4 private parking spaces.
